  The ppl that work for this office r very rude they are always taking money without recurring payments being on ur account. When u call in to complain with the 24 hr department the reps r nice, but as far as the supervisors go like Mary very rude. I wouldn't recommend a dog to be insured by them. Tony should rethink the ppl he hire cuz I'm going to sue his office since supervisor MARY don't care as she says.....

  I was a SF customer since I was 24 years old so over 30 years with SF. After moving back to PA and hooking up with this agent things quickly went down hill. Sure kids became teenagers with driver's licenses and we had our share of dings and dents and we probably could have got away with some of them but we are honest people and would not do that. When my semi annual premium hit $4,000 I had to do something. GEICO cut our rates by 40% and they are far easier to work with just wish I would have switched sooner.
