  Not very friendly and never seem to answer my questions they beat around the bush

  The employees at this branch are way less friendly and welcoming than the ones at the downtown branch. I assumed it to be because the downtown branch is accustomed to servicing a more diverse population and therefor doesn't have the time or desire to treat minority customers with disdain and skepticism. I like the bank as a whole, the employees at this branch could very easily turn you off from banking with them if you let them. Unfortunately I will frequent this location occasionally due to the hours and the difficulty finding parking at the downtown branch.

  Ive been with USX for about 3 years and have had nothing but problems on too many occasions to count. Just recently I tried to make a purchase for my home. I spent over 2 hours with a salesperson and transferred money from my savings into my checking minutes before using the card. This is how i stay safe and not have a bunch of money sitting on a check card that could get compromised in today's world. It was a Saturday and the card was rejected for the amount being too high. This was on a weekend and I couldn't call to fix until Monday. I ended up having to use a credit card instead. Fast forward to today, same problem. I called USX and spoke to a teller and told her of my recent issues. She said i was good to use the card so i did. Rejected again. Had to use credit again and now i have money sitting in my check card that could potentially be hacked. The way they do business is ridiculous. Trust me, save yourself a lot of headaches and find a decent bank with good customer service.
